SDP-PC8 Compact Ø15 mm High-Pressure Piezoresistive Silicon Pressure Sensor Core

The SDP-PC8 is a compact piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor core designed for OEM pressure sensors and transmitters, with full-scale ranges up to 60 MPa. Its Ø15 × 13 mm package combines a 316L stainless-steel diaphragm and housing with silicone oil-filled construction for integration into space-constrained equipment.

Temperature compensation, millivolt output and constant-current or constant-voltage excitation options support flexible signal-conditioning designs. Pin or wire connections provide additional integration options for industrial pressure measurement using media compatible with 316L stainless steel and the seal material.

Features

• Compact Ø15 × 13 mm package for OEM integration
• Available pressure ranges from 0–1.6 MPa to 0–60 MPa
• 316L stainless-steel diaphragm and housing
• Temperature compensation from −10°C to +70°C
• Absolute and sealed gauge options, depending on range
• Recommended excitation: 1.5 mA constant current or 10 V constant voltage
• Millivolt output with pin or wire connections
• Typical non-linearity: ±0.2% FS (BFSL)
