SDP-PC10HV Shock-Resistant Piezoresistive Silicon Pressure Sensor Core
The SDP-PC10HV is a shock-resistant piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor core designed for integration into OEM pressure sensors and transmitters. Its 316L stainless-steel isolation diaphragm and silicone oil-filled construction protect the sensing die from direct contact with the measured medium.
With a standard Ø19 mm diameter, temperature compensation and millivolt output, the SDP-PC10HV supports compact sensor designs for hydraulic systems, industrial process control and HVAC equipment. It is suitable for liquids and gases compatible with 316L stainless steel.
Features
• Shock resistance: 100 g, 10 ms
• Vibration resistance: 20 g, 20–5,000 Hz
• Standard Ø19 mm diameter for OEM integration
• 316L stainless-steel diaphragm and housing
• Available pressure ranges from 0–20 kPa to 0–60 MPa
• Gauge, absolute and sealed gauge options, depending on range
• Recommended 1.5 mA constant-current excitation
• Millivolt output with temperature compensation
