SDP-D230 Precision Corrugated Metal Diaphragm for Pressure Sensors
The SDP-D230 series offers precision corrugated metal diaphragms for diffused-silicon and monocrystalline-silicon pressure sensors. Designed for sealing and pressure transmission, these diaphragms support sensor manufacturers in developing pressure sensing assemblies for a range of media and application requirements.
Available in selected outer diameters from 10 to 20 mm, the series includes thickness options of 0.02, 0.025, 0.03 and 0.05 mm, depending on diameter. Diaphragms as thin as 0.01 mm can also be manufactured for demanding applications.
Material options include Hastelloy C-276, Inconel 625, Monel 400, titanium, tantalum and nickel, allowing selection to suit media compatibility requirements, including applications involving corrosive or viscous fluids.
Features
• Precision corrugated design for sealing and pressure transmission
• Multiple diameter and thickness combinations for sensor integration
• Ultra-thin manufacturing capability down to 0.01 mm
• A choice of metals and alloys for different process media
• Suitable for diffused-silicon and monocrystalline-silicon pressure sensor assemblies
The SDP-D230 series consists of corrugated metal diaphragms for diffused-silicon and monocrystalline-silicon pressure sensors. These components provide sealing and pressure transmission within the sensor assembly.
Selected outer diameters from 10 to 20 mm are available, with thickness options of 0.02, 0.025, 0.03 and 0.05 mm depending on diameter. Diaphragms as thin as 0.01 mm can also be manufactured for demanding applications, subject to confirmation of the required material and geometry.
