SDP-PC10 19 mm Piezoresistive Silicon Pressure Sensor Core
The SDP-PC10 is a 19 mm piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor core designed for OEM pressure sensors and transmitters. A 316L stainless steel isolation diaphragm and silicone oil filling transfer pressure to the silicon sensing die while keeping it separated from the measured medium.
With gauge, absolute and sealed gauge pressure options, constant-current or constant-voltage excitation, and O-ring sealing for easy installation, the SDP-PC10 supports flexible integration with signal-conditioning electronics. It is suitable for process control, hydraulic systems, HVAC equipment and level measurement, with media compatibility determined by the wetted materials and seals.
Features
• Standard 19 mm OEM Format — Compact sensor core with O-ring sealing for straightforward integration.
• Media-Isolated Sensing — 316L stainless steel diaphragm and silicone oil filling protect the silicon sensing die from direct media contact.
• Flexible Configuration — Gauge, absolute and sealed gauge options with constant-current or constant-voltage excitation.

F.S. = Full Scale. Select one calibrated range and the corresponding excitation version. The series range does not represent the measurement span of a single unit.
Electrical Integration
Match the excitation source and signal-conditioning circuit to the selected core. Confirm sensitivity, zero offset, input impedance and the electrical connection assignment before designing the interface.
For a finished transmitter output such as 4–20 mA or a conditioned voltage signal, specify the required signal-conditioning electronics separately. Calibrate the completed assembly after mechanical and electrical integration.
Installation & Media Compatibility
Check compatibility with both the metallic wetted parts and the selected seal material. Confirm mounting dimensions, sealing compression and pressure limits for the exact configuration.
Protect the diaphragm from tools and mechanical contact during assembly. Keep mounting loads from distorting the core, and provide the appropriate reference-pressure path for the selected pressure type.
Product Selection
Please provide the following information for configuration review and quotation:
| Selection Item | Information Required |
|---|---|
| Pressure | Calibrated range, pressure reference and expected pressure peaks |
| Medium | Fluid or gas composition and required seal compatibility |
| Temperature | Medium and ambient temperatures, including required compensation limits |
| Electrical interface | Excitation type, required sensitivity, connection arrangement and signal-conditioning circuit |
| Performance | Required accuracy, thermal performance and long-term stability |
| Mechanical interface | Mounting cavity, sealing dimensions and available installation space |
